Our client is an Company in the FMCG distribution space. They have a presences across 3 cities with 10,000 + employees . They are now looking to hire a Head of HR in with good experience in PMS and other motivational Skills to drive into the organisation.
Job Description:
Reporting to the MD and your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Implementing best in class HR practices and sustainable HR policies
- Implementing and standardising of employee life cycle processes and policies across all locations in India
- Organization Design: Work with Leadership team to optimize the organization, positions and the job profile at department level based on business needs.
- Talent Acquisition: Work with business partners to source and staff the right talent and to ensure a positive on boarding experience
- Talent Management: Support Leadership team to facilitate Organization Talent Review (talking talent sessions, succession plan and career progression & development plans)
- Performance Management: Act as a coach and advisor to business leaders to improve the performance and effectiveness of their team members
- Lead HR Team, to include providing guidance on HR matters, setting department objectives and strategic direction, and ensuring team member development and career growth.
Other HR activities
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree/PG with 2-4 years experience in HR in a generalist role or equivalent experience. Experience in FMCG and retail and management of remote field employees preferred.
