Key Responsibility :

- Provide strategic thinking and tactical execution in the area of people processes to ensure that the organization achieves the business objectives

- Guide and support HR functionaries at locations & Corporate in meeting the requirement of business on HR matter

- Establish talent acquisition as an integral part of the organization, ensuring that the processes are aligned and integrated with winder business

- Guiding hiring managers with their workforce planning and forecasting to develop short and long-term recruiting plans

- Delivering a great candidate experience and working alongside hiring manager, building trusting relationship

- Built a strategy for internal mobility and talent retention, partnering with key leaders.

- Review business & individual productivity month on month and design mechanism to provide feedback or mentor accordingly

- Introduce systemic changes and contemporary practices and interventions tailor-made for the needs of the business.

- Drive the talent management & engagement initiatives to prepare employees for more significant responsibilities and general business development programs to enhance employee knowledge and understanding of the business of the company.

- Driving performance appraisal as a continuous tool for better outcome in annual performance appraisal process.

- Manage the human resource information systems database and necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function and the people resources of the organization.
