Head - Human Resource - FMCG

Our client is a fast growing Indian FMCG company headquartered in Noida.

Role: HR Head

Reporting to: Promoter/CEO

Responsibilities:

- Lead and spearhead the HR function.

- Design a hiring strategy in order to attract, hire and retain critical talent.

- Put in place performance management philosophy by benchmarking with the industry standards.

- Develop, implement and oversee all activities with a strong focus on building culture and productivity improvement.

- Partner with business heads to develop HR strategies, understand gaps and create action plan accordingly.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience: 15 years+ years

- Sector: FMCG / Retail

- Strong business acumen and market understanding.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, such as executive management and leaders across business & functional lines.
