1) We have been retained by one of our key FMCG client to hire a Head of Human Resources. 2) The position would be based out the company's Regional Head Office in Mumbai and would be responsible for supervising the entire gamut of Human Resources for an employee strength of 3000+ across Maharashtra. 3) The objective of the role would be to plan and executive the human resource strategies in concurrence with the Management team. 4) Establish policies that promote the company culture and vision. 5) Design compensation & benefits including incentives structure for the employees. 6) Manage the trade unions and compliance related to Human Resources. 7) The candidates willing to apply for the position should have bear minimum 14+ years of experience in managing the entire gamut of HR including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll Management, Industrial Relation Management(Critical) and Compliance 8) Should be well versed with the local language Marathi and should possess excellent interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
