Head - Human Resource - FMCG (14-17 yrs)

- This role will be Spearheading the Human Resource function, at a national level for Peel-works.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting company's growth; will manage the set-up of HR processes, systems, policies and will manage an evolving need of the organization.

He/ She will be responsible to create a vision and implement the HR strategy that supports the business strategy in providing the appropriate resources, building an employee-oriented, strong leadership and high-performance culture.

Key Deliverables,

1. Talent-

a. Take ownership of the entire talent acquisition process.

b. Designing and implementing the appropriate sourcing and staffing strategies to support business needs - existing and new activities - to provide appropriate level of capability; this is achieved through various hiring channel mix, internal mobility.

2. Succession Planning

a. To design and develop succession planning strategies to ensure development of second line leaders and empowerment, transparency in operations.

3. Performance Management-

a. Design & own the Performance Management System.

b. Develop and sustain performance driven work culture to ensure all performance reviews are based on merit and scientific appraisal system.

c. Design Incentive + Growth programs to attract and retain top talent- Utilize technology to enhance and measure the results of human resources programs.

d. Lay foundation for further growth and institutionalization of the HR processes and management.

4. Training, Work Culture and Engagement

a. Responsible for training need analysis along with Business Leaders. Arrange for training with consultants and ensure growth and development of individuals and company.

b. Responsible to Build and develop Company Culture and to ensure via policies that a conductive and productive work environment is created in the organization.

5. Statutory compliance-

a. Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements related to employer-employee relationship, Meet and liason with the authorities, for PF/ESI/Labor administration, Registration and renewal of licenses, up keep of the statutory records, contractors administration
