Leading distribution of alcoholic beverage & products, manufacturing of packaged food products & alcoholic beverage, chain of restaurant bars & diversifying to new business.

Qualification : MBA in HR
Experience : 10-15 years
Job Description

- Expertise in HR across talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management system, employee relations, HR policy & frameworks and compliance with HR laws. Basically creating an institution that is able to attract and retain great talent
I. Organization Building :
- Coordination with HR Firms on recruitment and managing the interview process
- On-boarding new hires - completing joining formalities
- Designing organization charts, identifying hiring gaps and creating talent acquisition plans
II. Performance Management :
- Define Performance Management System
- Define review architecture and rating system
III. Talent Management :
- Define Reward and Recognition for all levels
- Define training calendar including drivers
IV. Putting HR systems, policies and procedures in place :
- Create HR policies and system
- Ensure compliance with government norms and HR laws
V. Structuring payroll/ compensation and benefits :
- Payroll for all employees
- Contractor management for off-roll
VI. Overall Office Administration :
Budget 20-30 lpa
