Client Details

Our client is an MNC in the FMCG space. They have a strong global presences across 112 countries with 10,000 + employees globally. With an India revenue of approx. 350 Cr and local employee base of approx. 500 they are now looking to hire a Head of HR in India with the key objective of devising and implementing HR strategies in close collaboration with the Global HO.

Description

Reporting to the India MD and functionally to the Global HR your roles and responsibilities will include:

- Implementing best in class HR practices and sustainable HR policies in line with the Global HO

- Implementing and standardising of employee life cycle processes and policies across all locations in India

- Working closely with the Global HR to drive talent management & talent needs locally to meet the business requirement

- Manage end to end affairs of not only the corporate teams but also oversee the labour relations and overall development of the Blue collared workers by working in close accordance with the Plant HR leads

Profile

You come with 10-12 years of experience as a Generalist HR in the FMCG / FMCD space with an MBA in HR from a reputed business school. You are well versed with Industrial Relations matters and Labour Laws and are also exposed to a matrix environment. You have managed teams and are extremely proactive as an individual to drive employee engagement internally. You must have excellent communication skills coupled with stakeholder management and are looking at taking up the next challenging role in your career.
