Reporting into the CEO your roles and responsibilities include : - Leading the development of robust HR programs and initiatives to support the aggressive growth plans - Facilitate organisational development and change management programs to scale up capability of the organisation - Act as a leader and liaise with organisation stake holders in order to drive projects across the organisation - Create and execute on all HR matters such as compensation, benefits, talent development and capability building and retention programs - Monitor adherence to all HR policies and establish processes across organisation Successful Applicant : - You come with 12+ years of experience in HR from a reputed B-School with at least 5 years in a leadership stint.&nbsp; - You must come from fast paced growth oriented organisation.&nbsp; - Candidates from IT, ITes, Fintech &amp; Consulting will be preferred.&nbsp; - You have strong exposure of working with Multinational organisations and are high on stakeholder management. - You are young and dynamic and are looking to take the next challenging step in your career.
