A super exciting opportunity for a young HR Leaders who want to work with leaders with a modern mindset on People Strategy
Client :
A young, high energy, high intellect multi-country Financial Advisory firm having offices in Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Europe
The Opportunity :
- Lead and execute the HR Strategy
- In partnership with the Leadership team, drive the creation and maintenance of a high performance culture
- Ensure appropriate agenda of people and culture related projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance on organizational design and key policies
- Enhance performance management programs and help drive a culture of learning and self-development.
- Drive the local execution of Annual Performance Appraisal process, Engagement activities, key training programs
- Lead on key areas like recruiting, compensation, learning and development etc.
The Need:
- PG/MBA from a Top institute
- 15 to 20 years of experience in HR
- 3+ years of experience of Leading HR with a new age organization
- Have worked closely with senior leadership teams
- Have worked towards establishing the HR Strategy and executing it on ground
- Have worked across all areas of the HR Function
- Have worked with Financial Services, Startups, New age organizations, Organizations with innovative mindsets (as compared to traditional setups)
- Should be able to challenge dogmas and come up with modern solutions
- Have excellent communication skills

- The budgets for this would be around 60-80 LPA
