Head - Human Resource - Facilities Management Firm (15-20 yrs)
Objective of the Role :
To enhance the image of the Company as a preferred employer in the Facility Management industry. Create a conducive working environment - From sourcing good talent; to grooming leadership skills; to motivating the workforce through reward & recognition; to a graceful exit such that all ex-employees become brand ambassadors.

- Capability to align company strategy with HR strategy.
- The leadership of HR initiatives.
- Ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to build teams not only within the function but across functions.
- Ability to assess the right talent and groom them.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create a conducive and level playing field for performers to thrive.
- Create systems and processes for all people related issues from talent acquisition to tracking and improving the performance of individuals.
- Facilitate the reward and recognition of employees in a fair manner so as to build a culture of meritocracy in the company.
- Review and upgrade the policy framework affecting people in the organization.
- Introduce Best People Practices to maintain and improve Employee Engagement.
- Collectively, with other members of the Leadership Team, facilitate the Change Management Initiatives of the company so as to get the best results.
- Build a culture of learning and growth through relevant training, knowledge sharing and creating networks within the company. Create opportunities and platforms to facilitate learning across the length and breadth of the organization.
- Monitor the discipline and conduct of people so as to maintain harmony and decorum.
- Influence and provide advice to top management on people issues
- Conduct organizational diagnostics for improvements.
- Provide for effective communication channels
- Lead by example. Provide for a positive and desired culture propagating Company's values.
