Job Description :
- The key result areas for HR-Head are Succession Planning, Change Management, Organisational Development & Performance management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits.
- To shape the overall People strategy for the organisation.
- To articulate the HR plan to the Executive Leadership team and board.
- To develop the HR strategy, supporting the business plan and strategic direction of the Organisation.
- To develop and implement cost effective recruitment and retention practices
- To act as a strategic business partner to the Executive/Senior Management within each business Unit regarding key organizational and management issues.
- To enhance the learning curve of employees through well planned training & development interventions providing various growth opportunities to employees
- To take care of Industrial Relations
- To ensure that all statutory compliances are adhered to
