Our client is looking for a Head of HR to join their team of leaders in shaping the organisation and taking it to new heights.

Talent Acquisition & Retention :

- Attract, Acquire, and Retain top talent and the outcome of these activities on stakeholders

Deliver Recruitment metrics:

- Fullfilment time (TAT)basis levels (Entry/Mid-Management/ Sr.Leadership)~Cost Per Hire,

- Offer TAT

- Quality of hire

- Evaluate contribution(%age) of talent sourcing from Marketing & branding

Employee Satisfaction Index :

- Ensure smooth New Joiner experience via virtual New Hire onboarding

- Orientation & Induction: HR meet&greet, Departmental induction, General Induction

- New hire KRA completion

- Confirmation: mandatory check with managers before confirmation (by blocking calendars)

- Effective Business Partnering to ensure regular aid in team management/structure discussion with team leads grievance handling/ addressing team issues

Smooth Exit management :

- 100% Exit interviews

- Asset submission + mandatory undertaking signoff

Employee engagement:

- Drive virtual Employee Engagement initiatives for optimum Employee performance and continuity as end result

- Constant employee connect to check on their day today wellbeing

Administration :

- Making the onboarding process smooth by ensuring that all the required assets are reaching the new joiners- residence on/before time

- Mandatory Medical undertaking + health check-up submission

- Existing employees: resolving software issues, assist change/repair

- Office Upkeep & Housekeeping maintaining Covid norms.

- Budget validation via cost monitoring and expenses


Employer Branding:

- Build communication plan around identified elements of EVP

- Manage & follow weekly calendar

- Ensure internal activities with employees in order to build communication

- Introduce new IPs and ensure audience engagement & traction

Team Management & Leadership:

- Demonstrate teamwork towards achieving common goal

- Train team members to meet proposed targets

- Communication & Assessment of deliverables to team


Salary offered: 20-40LPA
