Policy making & implementation: Development & implementation of HR policies / processes with the overall business plan, vision, mission and objective of the company along with considering the industries best practices to attract & retain the best talent.

Talent Planning & Acquisition: Defining the Talent Acquisition strategy based on business needs and working with the Senior Management and Business Leaders on deciding the long term talent planning for the organization.

Compensation & Benefits: Formulating & implementing best C&B policies to retain & attract talent, increment, incentive & other remuneration policies through participating in various C&B surveys.

Talent Development: Training & Development need identification through various regular processes for technical & behavioural development needs. Execute & evaluate regular skills workshops for employees like Leadership Skills, Product Training, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Managing Change, Cross Cultural Orientation and Organization process training on a regular basis.

Performance Management: Designing and implementing employee performance improvement and communications programs. Aligning individual objectives to company objectives; managing performance by pre-set goals by facilitating Competency based Performance Management System and process administration. Managing the appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal System linked to Reward Management.

MIS & HR Budgeting: Preparation of annual HR Budget & control throughout the year. Posses excellent control over HR MIS preparation, presentation & circulation to senior management.

Career Building & Succession Planning: Developed career growth strategies in consultation with senior management & succession planning projects in past assignments which helped organization significantly in retention.
