About Our Client:
Our Client is a 2015 E Commerce startup. They are currently at a headcount of 600 and would be 2000 in 18 months from now. They are already profitable and have completed two rounds of funding.
Their Head office is at Bangalore.
Role: Our Client is looking for HR Head The position is based at Bangalore. This is a new position due to exponential growth of the Company.
JDs for HR Head:
- Design, Develop & Implement HR strategies Systems, Policies, Processes & HR Best Practices in Line with Business
Objectives.
- Provide HR Leadership to hire, train & retain the right candidates.
- Lead L & D and OD Team to create a Customer Sensitive Environment to achieve business goals.
- Design and roll out a Assessment Centre.
- Build a Leadership pipeline at all levels to ensure seamless, sustainable & rapid growth.
- Create a Collaborative and Innovative Environment to drive a Culture of Continuous Bar Raising.
- Design an Objective PMS, which is easy to implement & inspires employees to perform better.
- Design a Salary Structure for the Company.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain a succession plan for all businesses, functions and management.
- Design, Develop and Implement an HR MIS to assist decision makers to achieve business goals.
- Create Value for Employees, Customers and Investors beyond expectations with limited resources.
