Must have experience into :
- Setting up the HR processes like
- A system driven performance management system
- An automated leave & attendance module
- Building HR policies and cascading them
- Building broad-based salary bands & providing compensation & benefits guidance
- Building teams:
- Manpower Budget - Creation & control of HR budgets.
- Working on Job Banding & leveling for entire Org.
- Working with the Leadership team to provide them people guidance, workforce planning, and resolve people issues
- Key focus on creating a strong employer brand
