- We are looking for candidates with strong HR operation experience and strategic mind set. Candidate with strong HR Business Partner who will be responsible to Head HR for the firm which will include developing key policies like Talent Acquisition, compensation policies, flexi work policies, leave policies, rehire and exit policies, Talent Management, Retention Planning & Operational and strategic HR advisory services to stakeholders.

To strategically plan and execute all aspects of the HR in the South and West zones to enable our client's brands to meet their operating targets

- Partnering with the Business Heads in driving business objectives through the people strategy.

- Driving key strategic HR initiatives and support execution of other critical programs in the region

- Lead the Area HR's in their respective regions to best support the business requirements and the employee sensitivities on all counts

- Partner with business heads/CEOs in driving branch/regional engagement and administration support to the regional offices

- Execution of all people policies and practices in the region

- Talent Acquisition

- Training & Talent Management

- Employee Engagement

- Employee Relations and Operations

- Team Management
