The company has good nos of Scientists and more keenly focus on R&amp;D/Quality, Position : Head HR (Preferably from Pharma / CRO/Chemical/Healthcare Industry ) Generalist Role. Location : Hyderabad . Job Role :&nbsp; - You will be responsible for the entire HR Operations of R&amp;D and pre-clinical facility. - Ensure smooth functioning of Induction, Compensation &amp; Benefits, Statutory Compliance and Employee engagement activities &amp; Training and development. - Help the management with new HR policies and ensure its implementation.&nbsp; - Prepare and present HR metrics to Management once a month. - You will be responsible for initiating disciplinary action and to ensure smooth functioning of the facility and conduct of employees in line with HR policies. - Align the HR operation process based on the gap analysis and implement process driven system in the area of recruitment, confirmations, Compensation &amp; Benefits, employee engagement. - Design and execute HR Strategy for business growth for achieving people component of business strategy which primarily focus on Talent Feed, Employee Engagement, Talent Development and Total Rewards.&nbsp; - Lead HR Team and serve as a single point of contact and HR accountability to the business organization. - Facilitate People Review and Succession Planning and assess learning needs and ensure strong development plans,. - Manage poor performance effectively by facilitating Performance Improvement Plans and guiding Managers during the entire process.
