Designation: Head HR

Experience: 15-20 years

Qualification: MBA(HR) from well known Institute(i.e IIM- s, XLRI Jamshedpur, TISS and Institute of the same status)

Location: Khopoli (Accommodation will be provided)

Responsibilities: -

- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements and implementing cost-effective methods for recruiting.

- Focusing on driving Succession Planning and Talent Management.

- Interfacing with senior management and heads of department for implementing administrative policies, budgeting, staffing, etc.

- Planning improvements initiatives to align culture and processes with the organizations' strategy, vision, mission, and objectives.

- Conceptualizing & designing need-based training modules for developing the multi-skilled workforce for cross-utilization within subprocesses for optimum efficiency.

- Managing the appraisal process across the levels and establishing a framework for substantiating the performance appraisal system linked to reward management.

- Carrying out Compensation Benchmarking studies.

- Implementing cost control initiatives like Manpower rationalization, Optimum Manpower utilization to reduce Overtime.

- Reviewing and Redesigning the Human Resource Policy.

- Employee Engagement & Other HR Operations.
