Head - Human Resource - Consumer Goods (15-25 yrs)
HR Strategy :
- Work with the leadership of the organization and work on long term human capital strategy, aligned with the global matrix.
Recruitment & Selection :
- Develop recruitment & Selection Strategy & Operations.
- On boarding plan for lateral & Campus hires.
- Active involvement in recruitment of top leadership positions.
- Screening, evaluation and recruitment of employees up to as per budgeted structure.
Performance Management :
- Maintain the current and periodically align performance management systems according to changing business needs
- Design the performance framework and review adherence to performance framework on a quarterly and yearly basis
Training & Development :
- Leadership Development - Define strategy and create action plan for succession planning and capability pipeline.
- Oversee mechanisms for carrying out training needs analysis to identify organizational level and individual training needs & supervise design and implementation of training and development interventions aimed at developing employee capabilities in the organization.
