Our client is one of the leading consumer electronics multinational that has been into existence for more than a decade. Currently, they have an overall headcount of 4000 employees with an international presence in almost all big and small economies. Due to their exponential growth target, they are now looking at hiring a Head HR to drive the organization to the next level
Description
Reporting to the Global HR and India CEO; with a team of 6 direct reports, your roles & responsibilities as a Director HR will include:
- Designing & creating the HR Strategy in line with the business vision
- Working closely with the senior stakeholders in India and globally to drive policymaking, employee engagement, talent management & recruitment needs locally to meet the business requirement
- Implementing and standardising the employee life cycle processes (Recruitment, compensation and benefits, L&D, PMS etc.) and policies across all locations in India
- Driving end to end HR within the organization and scale it up in the coming years (in terms of revenue, processes and manpower) as a sheer business partner
- Ensuring absolute adherence to all local and global compliances and governance framework in the organization
- Create both internal and external branding and ensure effective communication on culture and values of the organization
Profile
You should come with
- 13-17 years of experience only in a Strategic HR capacity
- Candidates from telecommunication, mobile devices, and consumer electronics industry only will be considered
- Full-time MBA (HR) from a Top tier B school (XLRI, TISS, MDI, IMT, SCMHRD, SIBM) is mandatory
- You should have an entrepreneurial mindset and should be driven to succeed in an extremely dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills coupled with robust stakeholder management is a must have
- Highly enthusiastic and influential person with a structured mindset
