1) 8+ years of experiences in managing setting up HR systems & processes, Designing KRAs,KPIs, Training & Development, Performance Management, Pay roll Management
2) Should have been in a Senior HR role for growing Organization. Should have handled HR business partnering role.
Key Result Area:-
1) Build and Manage HR Policies for team at Hostels and Corporate Office.
2) Employee engagement & retention.
3) The incumbent will be required to work closely with the senior management and spearhead the HR function for the organization and focused on transformation, change management from an unstructured to a structured and process driven company with emphasis on fostering a culture of incremental performance and productivity.
4) Review and overhaul of HR policies and procedures and performance management and appraisal system.
5) Evolve a strong Reporting mechanism for all partners to ensure complete clarity and uniformity at corporate level.
6) Implementation of Organization Design and Restructuring, Change Management &Turnaround/Transformation programs, Human Capital Strategies, Performance Management System and Total Rewards Programs (Compensation & Benefits).
7) Talent Acquisition. Learning and Development.
8) Manage the overall processes for external and internal Recruitment and Selection.
9) Responsible for a recruitment and training budgets.
10) Implement ESOP plan approved by the Board of Directors
