Job Description - This is an excellent opportunity to head HR function end to end for one of the biggest consumer durable company.

Client Details :

My clients is one of the biggest conglomerate of India. They have huge presence in India with international presence too.

They have diverse range of products primarily in consumer durable space.

Description :

As Head HR, you will be reporting into MD directly, responsible for the following :

- Partnering with the senior stakeholders and management while overseeing change management and integration projects across the region

- Leading various performance management system initiatives like implementation of annual appraisal cycle & mid-term appraisal cycle at organization level

- Leading strategy and implementation of various rewards and recognitions systems for the region including sales incentive plans

- Leading the talent acquisition strategy for the region with an analytical approach towards the same

- Manage and lead the team to align with the growth plans of the organization

- Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources staff. Monitors administration to established standards and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies.

- Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs

Profile :

You will be a leading the HR function 10+ years of experience and a full time MBA. You should have worked in change management environment and should have experience of setting up HR function from scratch. Furthermore, should come with excellent interpersonal skills and high maturity level
