Job Responsibilities :
Compensation & Benefits :
- Designing & Implementing Compensation Philosophy, Annual Salary Increments and Incentive (Performance Bonus) Plans in alignment with the region.
- Formulating Compensation Philosophy and Compensation strategy based on Organization Strategy and Market Compensation trends.
Payroll Management & Statutory Compliance:
- Adherence to all statutes related to salary administration and relevant Labour Laws such as Income Tax, PF, Gratuity, ESI, Sales Force Act, etc., as applicable from time to time in relation to on-rolls or outsourced employees.
- Manpower Planning & Headcount Administration
HR Business Partnering
- Ideal Candidate: Full-time MBA with 8-12 years of experience of which 3-4 years of experience in handling compensation and benefits and payroll. Decent working knowledge of statutes related to payroll admin.
