- Expert in talent acquisition, C&B, HR data management and HRMS, Performance Management System and L&D.
- Skilled in Design, review, launch of HR systems and processes.
- Incisive experience in Strategic workforce planning & integrated Talent Management, Talent acquisition, Change management, OD interventions, C&B, L&D, Statutory compliance and employee relations leading to enhanced business performance.
- Strategy architect credited with implementation of innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes and capitalize on organizational growth opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an eye for details
- Should have worked in companies with excellent track record of performance and displayed leadership capability in managing the function.
- Ability to articulate clearly and convincingly
