Our client is a growing financial services firm based in Mumbai.
Role : Head, HR Centre of Excellence (CoE)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the design, improvement and roll-out of all HR processes (except hiring)
- Measurement and analysis of process metrics, and continuous improvement
- Scaling up of HR processes to strengthen organization capabilities and deliver an outstanding employee experience
- Ensuring optimum level of capabilities within the organization to meet business growth
- Build and develop talent capability by leveraging best practices and developing a strong talent pipeline
- Remain closely aligned with the business to ensure that the talent activities (L&D, C&B, PMS, TM) meet the needs of the business
- Design and implement a transparent PMS structure for fair evaluation
- Ensure all HR processes and policies are in compliance with statutory requirements and norms
- Establish an effective HR operations framework to ensure all talent related decisions are aligned with the policies
Experience & Skills :
- Full-time MBA/PGD in HR
- 10-15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least the last 5 years spent in financial services (NBFCs/ Mutual Funds/ Insurance/ Banking)
- Experience in setting up HR processes from scratch and scaling them up to support organization growth
- Experience in L&D as well as in managing HR operations and compliance
- Strong conceptual thinking ability and the ability and attitude for independent insights and actions
- Go-getter attitude and the ability to get things done with a focus on quality and speed (execution excellence)
- Ability and experience in collaborating with HRBPs to execute the people agenda
- Willing to stretch in order to meet the demands of a high-growth, agile organization
