Job Title: Chief HR Officer

Reporting To: Managing Director

Business: Corporate Function

Job Responsibilities :

- End to end responsibility for people strategy, talent acquisition & management, learning & development, org effectiveness & development, employee engagement and manpower spend Develop and ensure implementation of HR strategic roadmap in line with business goals and vision Implement and improve PMS frameworks, processes and policies, Track and report progress Identify high performers, Facilitate development of career path; Ensure succession planning for critical roles in the organization

- Own master org design and emp grading; Drive org effectiveness and development initiatives

- Drive recruitment initiatives; Manage sourcing channels; Develop group as a brand, create cohesive Employee value proposition for employees

- Liaise with business unif/ functional heads to derive annual workforce plan for the company

- Run training initiatives, Design training content basis performance evaluations & manager feedback Ideate and implement initiatives e.g., reward and recognition to ensure employee engagement Conduct comp benchmarking; Ensure competitive comp basis industry trends and requirements Track and report HR metrics e.g., attrition, emp engagement, trainings; Promptly highlight issues and ensure resolution

- Develop industrial relations policy, ensure adherence to regulations; Represent organization in interactions and negotiations with labor unions and government/industrial bodies

- Design and deploy standardized HR templates (Interview/Feedback forms), policies and procedures
