Our Client is a leading media services provider offering technology-led Managed Services to the Broadcasting industry.
Job Objective :
The role is responsible for developing, leading, and executing human resources strategy, operations, processes, and, most importantly, people, to positively impact the continued improvement of the organization. This includes talent acquisition, organizational development and performance management, training and development, succession planning, and compensation. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hands-on, growing environment.
Job Role :
- Formulating the entire HR strategy for the organisation from the scratch
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate
- Responsible for developing & monitoring the HR plan & budget, closely with HODs
- Developing plans to reduce attrition at the Ground Level
- Driving Capability for the entire organisation
- Direct the strategic framework for training and development, performance evaluation, retention strategy, IR, staffing, induction and on-boarding, talent planning, employee engagement etc.
- Provide strategic partnership on organization design
