- Contribute to the vision of the organization by leading HR Strategy and Execution
- Design and execute performance programmes, staffing, training and development for a high performance organization
- Develop engagement programs for a highly engaged and motivated employees
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations, and deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
- Leverage data and analytics to extract insights to continuously improve HR initiatives
