Head - Human Resource - BPO (10-16 yrs)
This opportunity with a leading BPO based out in Pune.
We are looking for a Head HR with 10 plus years of experience in the BPO/ITeS segment.
Responsibilities :
Talent acquisition :
- Liaising with the business to constantly monitor the manpower deficit status
- Talent Forecasting and cope up with ad-hoc hiring
- Optimization of hiring source mix and utilizing different channels to enhance the speed, quality and efficiency of the process
- Regularly take initiatives to improve quality of hired employees at a company level
- Ensuring that the TAT is maintained
- Ensure that the budget is in accordance
- Managing optimal utilization of resource - Staff, Portals, Services, etc.
HR Operations :
- Review of HR processes to ensure that efficiency of system is maintained
- Maintaining and developing processes to ensure efficiency of operations
- Ensure error free payroll processing
- Ensuring all processes run as per prescribed TAT
HRMS :
- Work closely with departmental stakeholders, subject matter experts and vendors in the definition, testing, training, implementation of the HRMS
- Design and development of process flow for HRMS implementation
- Planning and implementing the processes go-live by the deadline
- Plan application strategies to define project roadmaps and carry out reviews routinely
HR BUSINESS PARTNER :
- The role holder shall be the interface between the business and HR
- Developing an HR strategy in line with business strategy and organizational goals
- Developing credible relationships with key business stakeholders
- Taking collective decisions with business stakeholders and championing the talent initiatives
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT :
- Understanding the culture of the company and gauging the employee pulse and engagement
- Devising and rolling out the employee engagement survey across geographies
- Analyzing the pulse and devise employee engagement initiatives and interventions
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT :
- Broad overview of the Training & Development charters
- Training Needs Analysis
- Delivery of Management Development Trainings with help of industry partners
STATUTORY COMPLIANCES & LEGAL CHARTER :
- Be the SPOC for Statutory Compliances for the Business
- Manage remittances through designated consultant partner
- Advise Management on critical aspects in this area
- Ensure all audits are dealt with appropriately
- PF, ESIC, MLWF, BONUS, etc. to be managed (Similar charter for Philippines)
Qualifications :
- Graduate
- MBA in Human Resources
Work Experience Requirements :
- Should Have Worked In International BPO (EST Hours)
- Excellent People Management Skills
- Excellent Business Communication Skills
