Head - Human Resource - BFSI/IT/FMCG (15-20 yrs)
HR Head position, Chennai based.
Candidates could be based in South willing to move to Chennai & should have experience in the western region(Mumbai) as well.
15 yrs min experience and heading HR for at least 5-8 years, candidates with experience in BFSI/ IT Services/ FMCG will be considered
Overseeing entire HR operations - Recruitment, admin, govt. liaision, T&D support, employee engagement, appraisals, C&B etc.
A full time MBA /PG in HR is mandatory.
