Head - Human Resource (Diversity candidate) Functional Competence : The Head of Human Resources is a Key member of the Leadership team, proactively leading the HR function and ensuring full HR support to the business. As Head HR, you will be reporting into CEO/MD directly and would be responsible for the following: - To design and deliver Organisation Development strategies, processes and interventions that ensures a high performing organisation, to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where value learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm. Ensuring that organizational development initiatives &amp; strategies are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals. - Enable Talent Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Performance Management - effective management of all company employees irrespective of performance and potential, but with special emphasis on employees considered as must retains. Accountable for all personnel related decisions in the company including hiring, promotions, rewards, role changes etc. - Manage end to end Talent Acquisition needs within the stipulated aggressive timelines. Build the internal talent pipeline, as well as identify external pipeline for key roles in the business, to achieve the hiring targets within the standard timelines. Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with both internal / external stakeholders. - Supports the implementation of organization's culture that drives innovation and employee engagement and supports the implementation of structures and strategies to improve individual and organizational performance. Must be able to engage strongly with employees at all levels and across all locations, to understand and provide solutions both to remove organisational bottlenecks, as well as deliver delight while engaging with company policies. Deep employee engagement skills and ability to enable transparent discussions and feedback are essential. - Partners with business leaders, to enhance the employee experience for all phases of the employment lifecycle (attracting, developing, retaining) within the organization. Implements effective people strategies for the business that enable the organization to thrive through periods of change and provides group and one-on-one coaching with leaders, managers and employees to support leadership development, business decision-making, human resources management, problem solving and performance management. Qualification : - Relevant Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources from a reputed university. Required Knowledge &amp; Experience: - 9 to 13 years of work experience, requirement is for a mid-sized firm with an employee strength of 160 people. - Should have worked in change management environment and should have experience of setting up HR function from scratch. - Provide open and clear communication with all stakeholders; be perceived as a Professional who is approachable and communicates clearly and transparently. - Should come with excellent interpersonal skills and high maturity level. - Experience in implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives. - Interact with others in a positive, respectful way and build good relationships with people. - Keep the business goals in mind and act accordingly.
