- Design, drive and implement organization-wide talent acquisition, talent development and Workforce deployment strategy. - Accountable for driving Leadership Development System (LDS) for the region and ensure the Successions planning for critical positions are in place. - Design, develop and drive the regions- Subject Matter Experts (SME) Development. - Develop and drive a talent retention strategy for the region. Responsible for the entire gamut of HR for the organization - The client has multiple business interests spread across verticals - Overseeing all HR initiatives and systems for the group - Plan and implement policies, processes to support the HR compliance and strategy needs. - Closely work with the leadership to understand the organizations goals and align them with the HR dept. - Identifies the recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management. - A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element. - Knowledge of data analysis and reporting - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Education, Experience and Skill Sets: 1. An MBA in HR or equivalent. 2. Around 12+ years of experience having independently handled all gamuts of HR. Banking/Fintech/Ecom industry exposure is preferred. Must have handled teams for a period of minimum 5 years. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication is a must. 4. Advanced level of knowledge of working on spreadsheets, workflow systems and power Point presentations.
