HR Policies & Communication :

- Design, Implementation and Communication of HR policies and standards within the respective Business areas

- Being the escalation and resolution point for the Business within the respective Business areas.

- Cascade business priorities & have regular interaction to receive employee feedback & concerns, including Sales groups during market visits

- Design Employee benefit schemes across all levels

Performance Management & Training :

- Ensures timely completion of performance management process for all India business lines

- Identifying skill-set gaps and design efficient training modules for overall improving productivity.

- Competency Mapping for roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations & HR functions

- Special Project to improve employee morale and increase the sense of belongingness for attracting & retaining talents

- Career Growth & Internal career movements

Compensation and Rewards :

- Sole point of discussion with line managers on all compensation recommendations across business lines

- Meet timelines and process guidelines for the review process

Talent Acquisition & Mobility :

- Monitoring Headcount and Budget for recruitment within the Business areas

- Involved in all resourcing (interviews/offers, etc) aspects for the respective Business lines

- Ensuring parity of compensation within the business area in line with HR policies

- Drive Talent mobility and succession planning initiatives within the group and geographies.

- The incumbent would be expected to travel to branch locations and new areas where the organisation would look to expand its presence.

HR Operations :

- Supervision to ensure smooth delivery with regard to all payroll information

- Entry and Exit processes are adhered to as per laid down practices

- Supervision and Review of all HR operations

Team Management :

- Responsible for daily supervision of the direct reportees

Candidate Profile :

- A Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources

- Should have a minimum experience of 10 to 15 years with at least 7 years as a generalist in the Banking Financial Services Industry.

- Strong level of Integrity is an essential requirement for the role.

- Strong Influencing and communication skills due to the high stake-holder visibility of the role.

- Should have demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to work in a matrix reporting structure.
