KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Main Responsibilities :
- Ensure recruitment or succession of the right skills at the right cost
- Supervise proper on-boarding and induction activities are done according the the Company's standards
- Ensure continuous improvement and development of the staff and the management within its geographical scope
- Deliver HR and administrative transactions to ensure compliance with local legislation and Group rules
- Coordinate HR processes (Compensation, People Development, Performance etc.) for its geographical scope
- Ensure accurate payroll and related taxes
- Deliver HR support on training selection and execution
- Ensure HR files are always up to date and maintained in good order
- Provides timely and accurate report to Governments, Administration and Finance community for HR related costs
- Provides support and coaching to managers on disciplinary actions
- Ensure HC target are respected and accurately reported
- Ensure terminations of the contracts are done as per local requirements and in the best interest of the Company

Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Progressive managerial experience in HR
- Experience within international organization and multicultural understanding
