b) Identify, develop and retain world-class talent.
c) Design fair Compensation & Benefits Structure
d) Work on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve the objectives of the group.

The Candidate Details
Experience : 15 to 20yrs
a) Age : Around 35 - 40 yrs.
b) MBA (HR)
c) 5+ years in a senior HR position, preferably in a regional HR role.
d) Start-up / Scale-up experience is a must
Competence / Skills:
a) Result oriented
b) Strong Communications Skills
c) People Skills
