Reports to - COO Location : Mumbai (Andheri East) - Responsible for the Human Resources function for the entire organization in the Financial services sector. - Responsible for the entire Human Resource function for the organization from scratch by devising various policies, implementing them and rolling out the employee policy manual. - Closely involve in linking the business strategy to the HR strategy and vision. - The role involves the entire gamut of the HR function from talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, organization culture building and organization development activities.
