Head - Human Resource - Apparel/Garment Industry (12-20 yrs)

Reports to: COO & the Managing partners
Direct reports: 3 members
The objective of the role:
As a Head HR, he/she will be responsible for driving the people strategy for the organization and be the custodian of the organization culture.

Requirement:
- Post-Graduation in Human Resources from a reputable Institute with 12 plus years of experience handling Generalist role and with at least 2-3 years in Senior Leadership / HRBP role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- High on energy with an appetite for embracing change and working in dynamic environment
- Ability to influence and engage with multiple stakeholders in the organization.
