Head - Human Resource & Administration - Shared services (12-20 yrs)
Educational Background and Work Experience
- MBA/MMS
- 12-15 years of Experience in HR & Admin only from shared services experience
Purpose:
- To manage HR & Admin Shared Services role impacting end to end employee life cycle - touch points, including on boarding, payroll and benefits, HR System and exit.
Position reports to : Head Shared Services
Positions reporting : SME HR OPS/SME Training & Development
KRA's and Key Activities
HR Role :
1. Create and drive the Annual Operating Plan for HR with in the approved budgets.
2. Manage the entire employee lifecycle for GBS employees.
3. Lead a team of HR Specialists to manage the entire HR Shared Service Operations (Hire to Retire) ensuring operational efficiencies & timely service delivery for all employees of GBS.
4. Create a learning environment to help employees upgrade their skills and competencies through job rotation, Succession planning, Internal External trainings.
5. Liaison with Group HR and Drive the Annual Performance Appraisal System and ensure the process is completed within the timeline.
6. Establish Organization Culture to achieve a great performance levels and monitor the same to ensure compliance.
