The Role is based at corporate office- Jaipur,
- Will lead the HR & Admin function of the company comprising of manufacturing and procurement setups in India, Africa, South and Central America Continents.
- This is HR Business Partner role responsible for complete HR activities inclusive of HR Strategy, Manpower Productivity, Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management System, Statutory Compliances, IR & General Administration.
- Position will be part of the top management think tank and will report to Managing Director and would be evolved at the strategic operations level to drive the company to the optimum growth level.
