Head - Human Resource & Administration - Construction Business (12-20 yrs)

Role Definition/Purpose : 

To supervise & entirely manage the Human Resources related & Administration functions across all locations and all divisions of ANS - CORE.

Role reports to : 

Functional Reporting - Mr. XYZ

Administrative Reporting - Mr. XYZ

Required qualification & experience

Qualification - PG/ MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Years of Experience - At least 12+ years in handling HR & Admin Functions.

Responsibility/Deliverables :

1. Covered under Measurement Metrics section.

2. Actual KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) would be finalized upon Onboarding.

Tasks & Activities :

Human Resource & Development : 

1. HR Business Partner :

- Understand business plan for strategic planning

- Understand Organizational dynamics

- Develop & execute HR policy

2. HRM- Human Resource Management:

- Build resource /skill set matrix

- Evaluate resource at hand

- Develop sourcing plan

- Build Channels for sourcing

- Create proof of resource database

- Screen candidates

- Interview- Identify - Select - Negotiate- Close- Onboard- Train.

3. Performance Management System:

Job Description: 

- Organogram

- Key result area/key performance indicators

- Performance update & Feedback

- Annual Appraisals

- Performance Rating (Bell Curve).

4. Compensation :

- External (industry) benchmark

- Internal Benchmark

- Consistency management

- Define Grades & Responsibilities

- Define Grade wise Salary bands

- Develop modular for performance based/variable pay

- Identify star performance

5. Statutory Compliance:

- PF

- ESIC

- PT

- Other statutory work

6. Develop Manage Comprehensive - Payroll- system

11. Budgeting & cost control

12. Align with business plan to plan resources & support.

Measurement Metrics

Human Resources :

1. Onboarding of employees with complete filing

2. Talent Acquisition within the stated budget

3. Controlling & managing the talent with minimal attrition

4. Effectively managing the PMS

5. Controlling the Leave & Attendance Management

6. Disbursing Salaries/ Incentives on Time & adhering to the statutory

7. Identifying & Implementing training & development

Administration :

1. Reduction in cost & not exceeding the approved capex

2. Timely renewal all AMC's & agreements

3. Sourcing the best & cost effective material

4. Controlling all the licenses & compiling with the govt authorities

1. Thorough understanding on all statutory matters, licenses & government matters

2. High on networking skills

3. Ability to lead & manage terms across locations

4. Effective written & verbal communication skills

5. Ability to influence & negotiate with peers, partners & vendors
