The role carries the responsibility for the implementation of HR strategy across all business verticals &amp; regions, offers strategic and operational HR services for employees and managers in order to support business 1. Formulating &amp; Implementing an Organization-wide HR strategy towards achieving the organizational goals and objectives. Translate business strategies and objectives into the appropriate HR actions and initiatives. 2. Enforce and closely monitor the implementation of all HR processes, programs and policies. 3. Provides organizational development support on a proactive basis to the management team in the areas of organizational design, structure and cultural development. 4. Is responsible for managing all statutory Compliances as well as HR &amp; IR for entire organizations and its 4 business verticals managing an employee base of 1000+ people 5. Partner actively with business heads and their one/two downs to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions for people matters. 6. Managing the end-to-end process of attracting and onboarding the right talent internally /external, thereby fulfilling staffing requirements on-time. Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures (incl. tools) and implementing them with consistency. 7. Provide insights and expert input on the HR implications of strategic and operational decisions. 8, Own the compensation management system for the organization and conduct related compensation &amp; benefits activities - salary benchmarking, etc. 9. Stay current with industry practices and proactively develop and effectively introduce alternatives to current practices that balance employee relations and engagement. 10. Own Performance Management; support and develop line managers in driving a performance culture through coaching, facilitating talent 11. Champion the development of high potential employees. Support the design and delivery of appropriate learning and development programs. 12. Measure and monitor key HR metrics/dashboard on a routine basis and report to the management
