Head - Human Capital & Business Partnering - India & ASEAN Countries - Online B&B Firm

Client: Leading B&B (Bed & Breakfasts) company.

This role reports into the Global Head of HR and assists in leading and managing the Human Resources department for India & ASEAN countries, which include the following:

Learning and Development

Performance Planning and Review

Recruitment & Selection

Organisational Change & Organisation Design

Key Expectations of the post are;

Leadership:

Lead, manage and motivate your team. Monitor their performance and provide feedback and foster their development.

Ensure that each employee in your team completes their work in accordance with company and department policies and meet their compliance requirements.

Actively develop talent and manage any under performance in an efficient and appropriate manner.

Responsible for preparing the staff performance plans for the team and conducting employee appraisals, which are consistent with the strategic priorities of the business.

Strategic Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of the HR Strategy and plans.

Take a lead role in developing and implementing the learning and development plan for the business.

Developing and implementing a professional framework and methodology of recruitment and selection to attract high calibre candidates

Assist in creating an organisational design framework and methodology to support the business direction and model.

HR Operations:

Coaching, advising and supporting senior management, line managers and employees on HR related matters such as policy interpretation, industrial relations legislation and organisational design.

Applying an analytical assessment of HR issues and problems and providing considered recommendations within the scope of company policy and procedures and best practice.

Ensuring that all work completed by the team is in accordance with company and departmental policies.
