Job Title: Head HSE- Growth Projects, FACOR
Grade: M4
Reports To: Head Growth Projects- FACOR
Division/Department: Growth Projects
Location: Sukhinda Valley, Odisha
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead compliance of Safety policies and procedures, performance standards and criteria for the company to achieve zero harm
- Drive Business Partner HSE framework, onboard the best high-quality partners and lead safety audits
- Drive the HSE Compliance Systems as per statutory requirements
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, community groups, and internal stakeholders to promote environmental sustainability.
- Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures for mining operations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and manage environmental risks associated with mining operations.
- Identify opportunities for environmental improvement and implement programs to achieve them.
Qualification and Knowledge: B.E./B.Tech./ M.Tech in HSE with minimum 12 years of relevant work experience.
Academic Criteria:
- 60% throughout in 10th, 12th & Graduation and Post-graduation
- Maximum 1 year of gap between either XII & Graduation or between Graduation & Post Graduation, no other gap in regular course of studies is allowed
