Responsibilities:
- Set up HR Systems and Analytics practice for the organisation
- Work with key stakeholders to establish and maintain the commitment necessary to address workforce transition challenges that might arise and implement change deliverables
- Align Case for Change and Change Management strategy to overall organizational/project goals
- Conduct organization impact analysis and enterprise redesign strategies emerging out of large-scale transformation/business model innovation/digital transformation and identify key stakeholders
- Liaise with the HR Systems service providers and manage the deals, end to end
- Work with the Leadership and HR Business Partners in order to understand and improve the deployment of the Systems in place
- Take regular feedback from the leadership and use them to formulate future plans for the HR Systems in the organization
Ideal Candidate:
- Full-Time MBA from a Tier 1/2 B School is a must
- At least 14 years of experience in HR Systems/Digital Transformation
- Experience in setting up HR Systems in a new age startup/ Tech Product organizations will be preferred
- Experience with New Age HR Systems' tools and software is a must
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
