Client - Our client is a subsidiary of one of the most iconic and trusted Indian Employer Brands.

Industry- Infrastructure and Real Estate

Role - Head of HR Shared Services or Operations . Strong focus on Oracle Implementation and compensation and benefits .

Key result Area

- Running the HR operations which include every employee touchpoint from Entry to Exit

- Making sure Employee experience is seamless and the bouquet of services is automated

- Oracle HR- Implementation

- Compensation and Benefit- Design apart from just running payroll. We need someone who understands business dynamics and can work with leadership stakeholders to create C&B programs that reflect the business

- Work with the talent team to improve Employee experience and satisfaction with day to day HR Service Delivery

- Compliance across the country - directly as well as working through vendors

-Translate HR policy into Operating Procedure which is easy to use

- Work with the head of HR and other stakeholders to improve HR experience at every touchpoint

- Work towards establishing a great places to work culture

- Mange the HR operations team

Person Profile : 

- We need someone who has at least 15 years experience after a Masters degree or 18 years after a Bachelors

- Oracle implementation experience is essential

- Anchored HR Operations / Shared Services for a good Brand

- Enjoys working with technology and the ability to harness it for Employee operations

- Experience not just in Payroll Processing, but ability to see the Big Picture / Business Perspective on Compensation and Benefits

- Communication skills and Executive presence to deal with Leadership stakeholders across the organisation

- Hands on on Compliance

- Ability to manage and develop the HR operations team
