MBA HR full time 2 yrs degree with 10 - 14 years of total experience,4+ yrs relevant experience in a Shared Services / BPO/ KPO in a Similar role.
Good functional knowledge in HR Practices
Strong communication, analytical and decision making skills
- Ability to balance conflicting interest
- Ability to manage in dynamic & high growth environment
- Strong Leadership & inter personal skills
- Proven ability to function within a matrix organisation
Cand willing to settle in Ahmedabad including diversity HR profiles would be given important priority
