Head - HR Shared Services - Bank (12-15 yrs)
Our client is one of the top domestic banks based in Mumbai.
The role is to head the HR service delivery and enhance the existing set-up of processes, technology, resources, and data reporting.
- Reengineering employee life cycle processes for optimized and smooth function of HR service delivery.
- Monitoring systems for accurate employee data requirements.
- Set up processes/mechanisms to review on-going and instant data management.
- Build dashboards to monitor delivery deviation/TAT bust.
- Assist in designing and deploying technology for superlative employee experience.
- Manage a large team and structure it keeping in mind the BCP plan.
- Responsible for compliance and risk management of policies and processes to highlight potential risk/exposure.
- Implement technology for employee query & grievance management.
- Contribute to the HR center of excellence team for effective and efficient processes.
