Establish tools and processes to track progress of projects and tasks using a project management approach
Engage with the project sponsors and the functional leaders in and outside HR to define the project outcomes and develop project plans
Manage multiple, parallel and complex HR operations projects over a varying duration
Maintain a usable and clear schedule for all phases of a project that can be communicated across teams
Organize teams against the project plan, clearly defining roles, responsibilities and decision making authorities for each project team member and stakeholder
Establish and lead a cadence for programme and project reporting and steering committee meetings against priority projects. Understand project and business interdependencies and establish stakeholder collaboration
Lead working sessions at various levels of the organization, including business executives, management and Subject Matter Experts (SME's). Negotiate future state HR platform improvements with multiple stakeholders. Arbitrate final decisions for business implementation
Plan business resources, efforts and deliverables for improvement and solution implementation projects
Monitor, assess and analyze solution in production and prepare opportunities for continued process improvements. Develop HR improvement suggestions and value realization opportunities
Knowledge & Skills
Ability to define and manage to a work plan, including holding team members accountable and identifying opportunities to expedite delivery of work effort. Ability to define efficiencies in work effort
Analytical, methodical, organized, provides thought-leadership, can interface at all levels of the organization
Able to effectively communicate across all levels both written & verbal, to provide information, deliver results through teams
Comfortable with using Microsoft Project Plan, Visio, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM) or other business analysis or business improvement certification, preferred
Understanding of HR Operations and/or Human Capital issues is a plus
Strong multi-tasking skills; should be able to manage multiple projects with stringent deadlines
Worked in multi cultural environment
