Head - HR - Plant (15-20 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To strategies the Human Resources function to support in achieving the Business Goals
2. To support & implement different initiatives at the location to keep the employee morale high and monitor Gallup Score and action planning through the survey findings
3. To deploy standard best practices at the Plant level
4. To provide the planned interventions like OD initiatives, Training & Development initiatives/ Skill Building initiatives, Performance Management system etc.
5. To provide the required skilled resources as per the requirement
6. Plan & drive the actions on the feedback received through climate surveys
7. Establishing the employee communication channels & ensure the effectiveness for the same
8. Ensure the effective implementation of the Quality System requirements are complied with
9. Acquire best in class talent to make Organisation a destination for high potential employees
10. Provide all the Administrative support for smooth day to day operations
11. Monitoring of the yearly budgets & corrective action planning in case of non conformance
12. Monitoring of MIS & action planning in case of non conformance
Educational Qualifications: MBA in Human resources or Equivalent
