JD:
- Handle all administrative tasks related to on-boarding, new hire coordination, and exit management for PAN India employees
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments and ensure new hires are on-boarded successfully.
- Responsible for end to end Joining & Exit Formalities such as KYC documentation, Background verification, Issuing Offer letters, Appraisal letters, Warning letters, Relieving letters
- Empowered to resolve employee inquiries accurately and effectively.
- Prepare/Update daily MIS
- Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files.
Coordination with Employees Grievance and solving their query related to salary, leave and attendance, compliances
- Responsible for initiating the joining formalities with candidate, will have to coordinate and get all documents for smooth on-boarding experience
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goalsSet destinations for the HR group and track progress.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
- Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- MSc in HR is a plus
